Real Estate Photography
Every listing has your standard “street shot” taken on an agents cell phone. Stand out from the rest with a professional aerial shot of your property. “According to multiple listing service (MLS) statistics, properties with aerial imagery are 68% more likely to sell than those without it.” (Brumer, 2020) For only $50 per image you can help your property get more views and sell faster.

Fly over of questioned area such as fields, windmill, buildings, etc. Live view only. Recorded video available at additional cost. Some flight restrictions may apply. Pilot to operate under FAA compliance.

Real Estate Flyover Video
Some properties just cannot be fully covered with ground imagery. For ultimate coverage of a property, including buildings and land, a flyover video is best to give potential customers a proper idea of the property. Have a listing for sale? Own and AirBnB and want to show surrounding areas? Want to impress potential customers? You need a fly over of the property. Includes unedited footage to be delivered after completion of flight. Editing can be added for an additional charge.
